Because men don't age quite so badly as women do.
Men largely don't even drink anymore, they stay inside (avoiding sunlight) and play video games all day.
Women plaster their faces with makeup, get tons of sunlight, drink lots of alcohol, do drugs, get tattoos and piercings, have garbage diets with high carbs and low protein and are generally just really fucking stupid.
So at some point when both are 30, the men will still look great while the women are clearly showing signs of aging.

There are lots of really pretty and extremely stupid 20yo girls out there who don't sign up for stupid shit like Tea because they haven't had any negative experiences with men yet.
