Ban evades using his iphone(?), so almost all image uploads are titled image.jpg. Complains about someone named noctis all the time and, when BR'd, continues to rant about moderation.

Other possible identities include "King Wiggie", someone who always posts skeleton pictures along with the catchphrase 'Niggers who don't deliver', and someone called Flutterriot, who was permabanned a few weeks ago.

Apparently, the IP range is pretty small and easy to identify.
