It's probably just because my PC is a toaster but does anyone know why Lop isn't syncing me properly with people and corrupt/break their mods constantly?

I tried reconnecting to the server and it did nothing.
I tried deleting and reinstalling it but still nope
I tried deleting everything in my lop folder but it just keep downloading everyone mods constantly and after a while put them on people but break them constantly.

I'm really not sure what I should do...
