One look at HI3 wouldve shown you that Mihoyo is no different in terms of gacha powercreep. They are probably thrilled that they figured out how to force us to roll by locking bosses behind certain reactions. Knowing lunar reactions exist, every year we are going to get a new region with a gimmick that forces you to roll by releasing hyper restrictive bosses (fun fact, the cactus even shills Ineffas SHIELD)

In fact I dont know what Genshin is supposed to be anymore. The exploration is dumbing down and getting reduced to corridors, content is being cut and replaced with powercreeping endgame no one wants, and the "for fun" devs are probably all assigned to the roblox mode.

Nod Krai only has its story going for it. But the fact that they are copying HSR (which was poorly received for the first few patches) is baffling.

There is either some internal issues or they just dont know what to do with Genshin anymore. I think a 6 week turn around time and yearly majoy updates with NO flexibility is finally taking a toll on the team.
