New round of the HYBE/MHJ lawsuit is over:
-MHJ met with japanese investors last year/early this year while trying to secure control over newjeans. The investor even got a japanese translation of Sejong's opinion that NewJeans was 100% going to win their injunction. Sejong is the legal firm representing NewJeans and MHJ, and lost the injunction.

-HYBE was not informed of her meeting with japanese investors in ADOR's name, despite ADOR being a subsidiary of HYBE.

-MHJ, citing "slave contracts", asked for a 30x put-option and sole authority over signing, terminating and renewing third parties, as well as contracting third parties. Her revenue would be larger than the company's itself.

-Documents show MHJ planning chart manipulation attacks against LSF and ILLIT even before ILLIT debuted. She coordinated public opinion campaigns, monitored social media and instructed staff on how to leak information to the media.

-MHJ had entries named "LE SSERAFIM 2/19" and "ILLIT 3/25" under her "Project 1945" document, under the section "chart manipulation". 2/19 was LSF's comeback and 3/25 ILLIT's debut.
-MHJ had a meeting with NewJeans parents in March 29 2024 where they coordinated public opinion attacks targeting the two HYBE groups.
-MHJ was angry that ILLIT broke NewJeans first week sales record, accusing them of boosting sales, with her evidence being that their sales saw a surge in the final day of the first week, despite that same happening with NewJeans albums before.
