They'rebadpeople. That's not hyperbole, or exaggeration. It really is black and white, in this instance.
They have no problem taking handouts while telling you "No Handouts." They want you to suffer and hurt because it brings them pleasure to hurt people and make them suffer.
Them being hypocrites means nothing to them.
