Yeah, I think the japanese and chinese know about our yougurt, also we are the main importer of the bacteria because it grows here - that's why it's so special.

Mm that looks nice. Greek have a lot of goat and sheep style cheese like parmegiano and pecorino but nobody knows about them. Every region makes their own cheese there in a special way. When I go to the store there's 30 types of those cheeses and I always try a new kind.
It's called Graviera and Kefalo Graviera, if you see them in the store try it out it's really good.
One style is softer with more moisture and the other is dried like pecorino and parmeggiano.
