I'm not sure how weird this is but I feel kinda out of place with others my age due to the way I was raised, putting aside the isolation and the abuse it's a lot more culturally as well, I'm barely 20 yet when I tell other people my age that I wasn't online and was still watching vhs till covid happened I get viewed weirdly, it feels like everything I liked as a child was like a decade apart, it just feels weird that I don't know a single other person my age that didn't have any wi-fi whatsoever throughout a large chunk of their life
