If you haven't, try overnight oats. It's easy and super flexible to customize to your taste.

1:1 large flake oats to milk
Whatever mixins you want (I toss in some chia seeds, a bit of vanilla extract, a spoon of maple)

Mix it up and enjoy in the morning. Especially easy if you have a mason jar so you can toss the stuff in and shake it up.
