Leaflets being dropped from drones over the remaining positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kupyansk. Some groups have already taken up the offer. Some of the surrendering Ukrainian soldiers were killed by drones when they tried to surrender.

The city itself is close to liberation. The Russian Armed Forces control most of Kupyansk. Only a few streets in the south remain under Ukrainian control.
It is quite likely that Kupyansk will be fully liberated by November, which will allow further operations to be developed westward and southwestward based on Kupyansk. Including in the direction of the ill-fated Balakliia.

Our forces are also already fighting on the outskirts of Krasnyi Lyman. We are returning there from where we left three years ago.
