Why is this a surprise OP? Ashkenazis are the only jews with high IQ and elite access / formation. They dominate power structures in Israel as in the West
You're not going to see sephardic or mizrahi prime ministers
Ashkenazi dna is clinal and splits between german and east europeans pretty neatly
