Condo’s are insanely cheap right now because their association fees and master policies went up so they’re in more demand too based on price, but then these women read the fine print on their monthly charges and immediately get their periods

Condos and single family homes both fall under the “homes” category so it’s bad data

Lastly, I see who owns every home as public record when I do my work. When a woman owns one of these townhomes or condos they have either 3 roommates if it’s multi br or a stable boyfriend
