1. I already have a job and its WFH

2. It leaves behind a digital footprint which Employers will use against you if you amass any sort of fame or (and more than likely) no fame at all so start it and do it halfass and congrats foot in the door type jobs wont wanna hire you given your online presence

3. Youtube loves to demonitize for wrong think(this applies to the content of the game as well so for example if it has sexy ladies, they reserve the right to take away your earnings) and Twitch loves to ban "our types"

4. You have to restrict yourself and your content. You are gonna have to get used to and learn video editing AND also to restrain some of your more abrasive thoughts.

5. You are going to have to play games that you dont really give a shit about for money eventually. Comissions for games can be pretty stupid fuckin lucrative that you wont wanna ignore the payout. Im talking like 10k for adding an advertisement in the middle of your video.

6. If your content regularly starts going deep into each game it is going to culminate into being bad for your health and financial situation.

7. Its super easy to get caught up in drama as your community builds and theres a lot of embarassing people in not just your own fanbase but also people who have their own fanbase

Theres some other negatives im sure. But I want to get on my computer and play what I want whenever I want and not be concerned about the recording. I cannot do that as a content gamer.
