There's been almost zero change in gaming over the past 2 years other than a continually increasing disparity between (a lack of) game optimization and the hardware requirements required to run games well, as well as everyone and their mother designing games on UE5 which devs put almost no effort into creating their own assets and relying on fake frames to support the level of detail supplied in UE5, which often comes out a noisy mess without proper art direction /run on sentence
I'll echo another anon that mentioned Expedition 33; for me it was a stand out game over the past whole decade, so I'd check it out so long as you're okay with turn-based parrying combat, and don't mind the aformentioned UE5 noise.
