Ok so I'll go Ifa > Razor since he's C6. Amber's almost there too so I'll dump her to 70 and maye she'll be useful to make numbers and get buffs.
On a side note, I have Dehya C2 HP build that I never used, is she worthy to get to 90? Heard that HP are needed to her.
