Liyue's AQ is the worst one to me simply due to how forgettable it was. At least Inazuma produced funny memes. Liyue's plotline was so boring, it's impossible to give a fuck about it.

Sometimes I feel like going YOLO and rolling Citlali or Ineffa, but then always give up before I log off. I just want a fun new toy to spice up my daily routine.

I don't think they'll be playable before Schezhnaya, they're too involved with the power struggles there. Honestly, I'm genuinely confused why they were teased in the Nod-krai teaser because of this. But then again, that trailer also had Alice wearing an outfit that didn't match her final one at all.
