If you ask her she explains that it's a bit of a process to get a new one, (need to get attuned or some shit) but it can be done.
I think the idea is that at first she's all miserable because the got disowned by the collective eldar ancestors for being a gross mon-keigh-fucker
But she cheers up by the end of the game

She's looking for "stones" not "stone" so I guess it means she's looking for stones of dead eldar to return to the craftworlds
