i often have these really intrusive thoughts where i keep thinking about someone trying to kill me, often its this scene of someone on top of me while im on the ground and they're smashing my head with something and like it plays on loop over and over again sometimes its just distracting but othertimes its really quite distressing and disruptive but the thought just has to run its course unless i can go and put myself to sleep or cut (though im trying to do less of that)
