The Seoul Central District Court ruled against an idol who attempted to unilaterally terminate their contract. While the idol cited group conflict and unfair treatment by the agency, the court ruled that the idol themselves caused the breakdown of trust.

Among the similarities with the ADOR–NewJeans case is the idol's complaint that the agency added a new member to the group without their consent (a personnel change).
The court said no clause in the contract prevented this and any breakdown of trust resulted from the idol's own actions.
