This is calculated total of all NATO countries.
They didnt say how many goes to which country.

They will be bought before 2030.

This is prepping for possible Russian offense. Rutte says Russia is able to manufacture all these by 2030:

Meanwhile, while Chinese are not in direct conflict currently with anyone, they are troublesome for the fact they have the worlds largest navy, it really is bigger than USA.
China will only make more ships by 2030.
It will be hard to counter.
