It is on fire like the Eneruge box one and has blue coloration like the Aquary one. Since Wizarmon and Witchmon can be pointed to specific Gen 4 witches from those clans as "I am this one" and Sorcerimon/Fla Wizarmon also seem to be Aquary/Energe, it fits. From the higher end Hexeblaumon and Zephagamon have their own default lines so they don't particularly benefit from it, and Medieval Dukemon has multiple directions backwards already.
Really you need more magic guys in general to justify more magic children.
