I got mine for 400 flat at microcenter. But on amazon the lowest it's ever been is 430. Get the Keepa browser extension, it makes that graph you see which will tell you the historical price of things on amazon. Websites like that will trick you with sales that aren't actually sales it's just the price from whatever the previous price was.
So say something averages for a hundred dollars. They will raise the price for a day to 200 then lower it back down to 100 and say it's a 50% off sale. The only way to know is to track it manually or use an app like that.
I would say if you can get one for 400-420 you are doing good unless they are going to slash the prices into the 300's for the holidays. I really don't know that's just my feeling on it.
