Milquetoast is someone who is too feeble to speak up for themselves and is afraid of debate or confrontation. This is the exact opposite of what you think it means. The "centrist youtubers" who ban political discussion in chat would be milquetoast, not a man who was shot while literally sitting a "debate me!" tent.
