smurfing isn't even the issue getting adressed, smurfs will stay, plenty of them have handleveled accounts and the ones that don't will probably make one.
the only thing that might disappear is smurfs running it down on 5$ acc coz they now have to handlevel a new one each time they get banned, but I honestly can't remember last time I had this happen in my match
people are just delusional, hear about banning botted accounts and instead hear smurf genocide because that's what they want to hear
