Part 10
38. Modified PAYGO system allowing more regulations intended to affect foreigners--all agencies (STA, EPA, etc.) will be required to issue at least 1 order to address migration crisis.
39. VA should restrict its work with foreign businesses to favor American businesses, along with most of the govt, even if it does so silently.
40. GSA program to favor US citizens and end "discrimination" against Whites in government-related opportunities.
41. EEOC crackdown on anti-White discrimination
42. OGE focus on political corruption involving foreigners
43. FTC shares jurisdiction over trusts with DoJ and can crack down on foreign trusts, cartels, and other organizations which prevent Americans from competing in the economy. It also has jurisdiction over advertising. FTC can also threaten companies that hire non-American workers and engage in similar anti-American labor practices by using more of its extensive legislative authority. Would it be DoL or FTC who has the power to issue a rule saying companies can't lay off workers in any year in which they utilize H1B visas? Let's do that either way.
44. CPSC restricts foreign, imported, and foreign-owned businesses from endangering consumers.
45. FHFA, sharing many responsibilities with HUD, has authority over private (non-government) mortgages. Reverse its requirements for affirmative action, and impose harsher rules regarding lending to foreigners. Require US credit histories to avoid credit history fraud. Use FHFA to favor lending to White Americans and in good neighborhoods, rather than allowing lower interest rates for non-Whites and other subprime lending practices.
46. FCC can use much of its powers to restrict foreign-owned communications companies, including by increasing fees imposed via its USF programs on foreign enterprises.
47. EAC/FEC can do a lot to reduce foreign involvement in elections, with authorities over elections, campaign finance and personnel, etc.
