>[Stardom] Saya Kamitani slams Fuwa-chan after her sudden joining: "If you're not serious about it, I'll crush you."
>Saya Kamitani (28), the World & Strong Women's Champion of the women's professional wrestling company Stardom, gave a stern warning to Fuwa-chan, who has been attracting a lot of attention since her surprise announcement of joining the company.
>In August last year, Fuwa-chan posted inappropriate content about the talent Yasuko on X (formerly Twitter), which led to her apologizing and taking a break from her activities.
>After a hiatus of about a year and three months, she made a surprise appearance at the Stardom Korakuen Hall event on the 7th and announced that she would be making a fresh start as a professional wrestler. Her re-debut match has been scheduled for the Ryogoku Kokugikan event on December 29th.
>Kamitani, who faced Fuwa-chan in her debut match in October 2022 (where she teamed up with Hazuki to face Kamitani & Hina), responded to an interview and revealed, "I hear a lot of people say, 'So Saya-sama was my opponent in my debut match,' but I looked completely different from how I was back then, and I hadn't even appeared on TV, so that makes sense. I never imagined that after all this time she would end up joining Stardom, so I'm surprised that we'd actually be connected here."
>She then reflected, "I'm glad that she chose professional wrestling when there were so many options available. When I fought in her debut match, I felt that she was serious about professional wrestling, and I don't think there's any lie in what Fuwa said."
