It's going to be hard for most people to do it without mindscapes and sig engines, but I would imagine it is very possible if you have enough of a roster. This is what I could do bruteforcing every boss with M2W1 Yixuan, M1W1 Ju Fufu, and M1W1 Lucia. I would imagine 400k is reachable at M0W1 with a decent built roster.

You should almost never be in a situation where you have full decibels and full adrenaline at the same time (maybe excluding meme comps without a stunner), but your ult is generally more important to save for stun rotations.
