They're mostly just dumb crap like banners and decals for cars you don't own, but sometimes you'll get some Fortnite wheels out of them or luck out and hit a red rarity car body. And eventually you'll acquire enough garbage that you can trade it up for another item. I got a Centio out of a trade-in once along with a few other cars from various drops, so they are out there. And as long as I'm talking about cars and drops, owning a car bundle in Fortnite doesn't take that body out of the drop pool. I landed an Octane ZSR from a drop despite already owning all of its colors from the bundle. So always open your drops.
