>I, a humble retard, offer to be friends with you. In all seriousness, you probably reject someone's friendship request because you just think everyone around the world is intellectually inferior to you.
That's completely natural. Just like any normalfag would reject someone who is intellectually deficient purely because they can't actually form a common pool of meaning and understanding. It doesn't matter if you don't care about status or intelligence in general if you can't actually relate to the other person; how do you form a friendship if that's the case? (No, I'm not implying that the average individual is a retard compared to individuals of outlier high IQ - normalcy and fitting in are supreme. Both the retard and the freakishly intelligent person are the weirdos in this case.)
Two standard deviations in IQ are enough to render free and unbound communication almost impossible between two different individuals, rendering the one with the higher IQ into a sort of a mentor's or a teacher role in the dynamic. An average individual of 100 IQ communicating with someone that has an IQ of 70 is an outright Of Mice and Men scenario. The same dynamic applies to higher IQ individuals as well. The smarter person always has to dumb themselves down and can never gain any rapport from the other side as to what they're actually thinking and feeling, because the subjects are too complex and underlined by axioms the other party just can't comprehend.
