Sup Kiara, I'm glad to hear you're going to the gym and i'm more glad to hear you also said you were feeling happy after. Which is super great! The fact that you're happy makes all kfp happy. Good job Kiara, keep the happiness going! I also wanted to share some gym stuff with you.
>gym
No one is going to make fun of you at the gym for lifting light. Especially not as a woman. People are more inclined to help you more than anything. So dont worry about it at all.
>picrel
Though legs are the hottest body part on a woman's body. Picrel is the hottest muscle on a womans body. Theyre called the spinal erectors. Now that you're going to the gym you should have access to a machine like this
>hack for a deep back line
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4f9jS3t1gI
That will grow you spinal erectors which I would recommend you do since they protect you from back pain. Do them just bodyweight at first then work your way up. Also 4 sets of 8-12 reps are better than what the woman in the video recommends but you can do what is comfortable for you. Also any hip hinge exercise like romanian deadlifts and kettlebell swings build the spinal erectors.
>calisthenics
Have you heard of calisthenics? It might work out for you. It's basically just lifting with body weight and people get pretty serious results. This guy is really good if you need to know how to work out certain body parts with body weight.

Also while you're at the gym, see if you can find what's known as an "assault bike" it's the gnarliest form of cardio you can get other than swimming laps. Even pro athletes use it.

Anyway keep it up Kiara and good job!
