At some point after 2030 probably.
Dead Red Hood was first revealed in like 2020 or 2021 around the BS2 DLC3 release and it's still in development.
After that, we're getting another side game, one protagonized by the 5 princesses from BS1.
We're not going to see BS3 anytime soon.
