You guys have basically recreated the Oprichina already, you've had some minor success in some small wars early in his career before losing in the first serious conflict he's engaged in and the Muslims have overrun Moscow again.
Granted, you haven't lost any territory to Poland yet, but there is always a possibility if he decides to launch an offensive against NATO in a fit of madness.
