I think they will be the new 11th faction and not DarkAdmech on it's own. DarkAdmech will just be part of LatD. It will make for a more unique, more versatile faction that isn't just a direct copy of an Imperial faction but spikey. There are so many LotD units even now faction basically exists in all but name
