Drug issue is not entirely our fault so do not escape goat us... Colombia produces like 99% of the drugs, then they get either processed in Venezuela or outright shipped into other countries, included USA.
But we do not produce the drugs, its mostly produced in Colombia, for your knowledge.
Colombia has 7 US military bases. I think you should start asking the Trump admin for those bases to take action against Drug cartels in Colombia, to drone strike or bomb them.

Alvaro Uribe Velez was a drug lord that worked with Pablo Escobar, that ascended as president and USA loved him. So I think the drug issue is bigger than you think, it already touched politicians not only in the producing countries, but the countries that receive the drugs too. So you should start asking who is preventing the US Army from bombing cartels in Colombia just like Alqaeda but didnt happen in the LAST 25 YEARS.
