He;s a weird example of if you met him in person you wouldn't know whether to beat the shit out of him, or just ignore his existence. He has a brain damage level inability to learn or reflect. So any action upon or regarding him is pointless. It'd be a matter of whether you'd enjoy pummeling him and could get away with it I guess.
