My thoughts on Heero Yuy
Based on Rinba's description he was a cold man who prioritizes results over everything. He fits that description he doesn't like the producer for some reason and makes an excuse saying that he will welcome him after graduation since his company doesn't like greenhorn producers. His rival Kuroi was the exact opposite and was very welcoming to P even if he was a student. I'm not saying Kuroi is a nice guy but at least he's honest with his intentions.

This scene confirms it for me that Heero is an underhanded man. Heero scouts Mao immediately so she can't participate in the HIF since he knows it will take away attention from Sena. Sena picks up on this and immediately calls him out. This is one of the best Sena scenes in the entire game and shows us how cool Sena can be when she's serious.

Sena and Heero's relationship seems to be cold. Sena doesn't refer to him in a respectful way when talking to him. She uses the word 彼 when referring to him in a conversation with Mao. It's a disrespectful way to refer to your father. I didn't know where Sena's step 3 could go after her nonsensical NIA route but it seems to be that it's going to be a family drama focused with HIF being an afterthought.

There's a good chance Heero becomes the mid boss villain while they prepare for a bigger scenario.
