In a moment of unprecedented retardation I've nuked a bunch of files, and in doing so I've lost this vampire eye retexture
It's based on the vanilla EyeVampire_02.dds from what I can tell, but most of the replacers I've looked at seem to do away with the "no iris" look in favour of more standard designs, so I'm starting to think it's buried in some relatively obscure pack somewhere (possibly not even on the Nexus?) since I remember taking a long time to find it even back when i made the preset

I've shilled it to you twice before, but Biggie Traits is really worth it in my opinion. You can easily set it to 1/2 traits to avoid bloating your perk menu
Also, a lot of Synthesis issues can be solved by changing around the "Patcher" option in each patch's window from "Tag" to "Branch" and setting Mutagen to "Match"; doubt it's your specific case but it's a good thing to remember whenever certain patches fail to run
