How's my progress looking /fat/? For reference I'm 5'11 and 29 years old. Its been tough the last couple months because I herniated a disc in my back. I used to average over 10000 steps a day and now im lucky to clock 3000. I've lowered my calorie goal to make up for it and have switched bench press and rows for aussie rows, chin ups and dips to maintain my gains. If anyone else has had a disc injury I'd appreciate any advice you might have
