Niya was released the day after purple tiph ended, so we have no idea until it reruns. But Niya's sub overlaps with Kisaki's sub, and you can't field swimsuit Seia there because of the armor type, so I'm not really sure. I personally think she'll be used for whatever purple raid Nexon has in the oven.
