I used to use just yt-dlp, but that yt_clipper tool makes everything a lot easier. Basically what it does is it uses tampermonkey to add an overlay to a YouTube video and let's you place markers in the parts of the video you want to clip. You can even specify areas of the clip you want to crop, and there's other features as well. When you're finished it generates a json file you just drag on an auto-clipper bat file it comes with and it deals with all that cmd line stuff for you.
