See, in the friendly times the smooth border worked exactly for the reason that the russian police didn't allow niggers and any other form of shitskins to use the border as an invasion method, because it'd reflect poorly on them and hurt our relations and ultimately force to close the border.
But after they invaded ukraine and then we joined NATO, they just stopped caring.

but rather that previous the ukraine war when our relations were good, the russian police made sure that no migrants would try to cross to finland from russia, being good neighbours
but since breaking down of relations since the war, the russian police simply stopped doing that

so while the papers claim its russian state literally bringing the migrants in, its rather them just turning a blind eye and its the usual suspects who are actually moving the migrants
