Because most aren't particularly great. Admittedly I haven't played ALL Looney Tunes games but I only listed games that actually go beyond just having a certain art style and actually try to capture being a cartoon in video game form, otherwise I would've had to include Bubsy and Awesome Possum and shit. Also Sheep Raider is underrated.
