Now that the hatred is mutual, and got challenged by Chizuru, mixed with her personal issues getting the worst of her, she is gonna end up realizing she loves and needs Kazuya again.
Mini... seems it's just an ordinary yet organical feelings growth, she grows from admiration for how much of a simp he is (given she's a gacha drug addict, she can relate with him in the reckless money wasting aspect) to some degree of interest (as seen with her telling Chizuru she was gonna stay by Kazuya's side and that comment from her friend about being sick of hearing her talk about Kazuya 24/7) and then a crush (what happened during the practice date), but seems it's a toxic crush because she is starting to show her sneaky side (didn't give Kazuya the lucky charm he had to wear and kept it to herself and during her cosplay photoshoot session she deliberately went for a more conservative cosplay and when asked about kaz and chiz date, her demeanor was the one of an unintetested and annoyed girl, as if deep down she wants it to fail).
Funny how the 5 heroines have the common factor of finding Kazuya's suicidal passion (a double edged shit, because it's his most fatal flaw) the reason she fell for him
