FOCs are genuine adepts and experts. You don't get better by dicking around in a room where people are playing poorly for fun. You get better by playing actual competitive matches against opponents of equal or greater strength who are taking the game seriously. The only way for an adept account to not be a genuine adept is if it's an alt.
