No, Sonic fans actually play their games and watch the movies/shows. People are obsessed with the games art style and music, it's so "vibey" as they would call it. Joker in Smash was the death knell, because suddenly everyone became a Persona 5 fan despite the game struggling to sell 2.7 million copies for yeaaaars.

I promise you none of these people saying they "ate" with this collab are know who the fuck Yaldabaoth or Maruki are. This game is entirely an aesthetic for them, and that's why I believe this collab has been perfect for the game.

If you're a fan of Persona, then you know the picks they made make zero fucking sense. But to all of the newcums of who only persona for it's aesthetic, then ofc they nailed that shit. I mean, for fucks sake they gave makoto a brassknuckle pistol despite the fact that she has an in-canon gun... a revolver.

Also Genji as Ryuji...Yusuke as fucking life weaver...I really have no words for this collab. It is by far the most dogshit I've seen and I was expecting to buy the bundle. Not so much anymore.
