imo, Super Robot War W. It's the most fun I've had with the series and has one of my favorite series list for an SRW game.

Because most of the time when the series did "interesting" map ideas, it sucked or made the game less fun. Like how in Z2.1 and Z2.2 on some of the Votoms maps, you couldn't use Large units since the ceiling was too low. Hell in SRW Y (The newest game), there's a whole level underwater, so units like the Strike Freedom suck to use on it.

Do I have to pick the same dudes twice in a single playthrough to get them up to 20/20?
