I feel like this might end up as a Yellow Flag (or even possibly a Red Flag) when evaluated by someone who has little to no idea about the context. They might mistake it for promoting a third party even if it's based on an actual outfit.

I'd probably go with training wear and/or jerseys. Maybe even have Chiyo in a jersey maid and Lilja in the same get up as Hina.
