Wrong person to ask. I have a complete outsider behavior, I'm always hot and my wardrobe is just martial arts/sportswear so I go everywhere in shorts and T-shit. If I have to look professional (for example, giving a lecture at academies), I wear polo shirt or a very thin, long sleeved shirt (if it's cold enough) + I have literally one single jeans and a pair of semi-sneakers when I really have to look serious. Usually, it's the admin/HR types that care about this. Students and fellow teachers don't give a fuck as long as you actually do your job.

The only advice that I can give is something that covers your knees...but I myself don't follow that shit since I'm always hot.
