I know most people would probably disagree with me, as these kinds of images have been included in these threads for a long time, but I'm a purist and I don't think someone encased in ice counts as petrification. It only counts if they're turned to ice completely without a real body visible inside. Even more so if the ice doesn't even even match the shape of their body.
