I'm a weak bottom and I keep seeing videos of cruel things happening to people and it makes me feel scared to go out, what do I do :<, even if I simply stopped watching them I still feel scared of strangers now ......

i used to trip and post face on this board when i was prehrt and ugly as fuck. i know i should look more feminine and should look prettier because ive been on e for a while but my confidence has been going down basically since around the time i came out and it doesnt look like its gonna go back up any time soon.

ive talked to several therapists and shrinks about this and no one could help and im turning back to board in hopes someone else has felt this way. how do i fix this? how do i get my confidence back?
